Marketing Manager

  • Core Responsibilities

    • Work with CEO to develop the marketing portion of the overall
      go-to-market strategy
    • Own Marketing – lead gen (inbound, outbound, ABM), website, content, branding; all of it!
    • Manage CRM (Hubspot) and other marketing tool
    • Track and measure KPIs and provide insights to relevant stakeholders
    • Manage the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns targeting prospects and customers, including email marketing, webinars, social marketing and events
    • Develop case studies
    • Generate verified product reviews from customers for product comparison websites like Quora, G2Crowd, and Software Advice
  • Qualifications

    • Digital Marketing experience (B2B a plus)
    • Expertise in the use of list management tools, CRM tools, and marketing automation tools
    • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • The ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A college degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Customer Success Manager

  • Core Responsibilities

    • Customer acquisition through follow up on inbound leads and outbound prospecting
    • Customer retention
    • Identify and execute on up-sell opportunities with current customers
    • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Projectric product
    • Anticipate customer needs and offer solutions to issues
    • Deliver light technical support in response to customer inquiries
    • Collaborate with customers and the Projectric team to solve issues
    • Work with the product and development team to address customer requests and product enhancement requests that align with Projectric’s strategy
    • Work closely with support team to ensure effective collaboration and continued focus on customer needs
    • Assist with B2B marketing campaigns as needed
  • Qualifications

    • Passion for customer service excellence
    • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively suggest other options
    • Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with project management is a plus
    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • The ability to work independently and under pressure
    • A college degree and 3+ years of support or business/technology experience

Developer UI

  • Core Responsibilities

    • Work on the implementation of features using common libraries and frameworks
    • Support and maintain existing production code and develop new enhancements and products for our client base
    • Work closely with the team to produce high quality web applications
  • Qualifications

    • B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in an application development position.
    • Expert knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, and CSS3
    • Responsive Design
    • PHP
    • MySQL
    • Basic site management (backup/restore/dev-env-setup) and FTP
    • Eclipse
    • Possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Client Service Specialist

  • Core Responsibilities

    • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the product
    • Deliver consultative and technical support in response to customer inquiries via email and phone
    • Collaborate with customers and the development team to optimize the product experience
    • Present platform training and workspace consultations via web-conference or on-site
    • Perform product testing as necessary to solve or verify customer issues
    • Provide the development team with issue/bug documentation and reproduction steps that are immediately actionable
    • Work with the product team to advance customer requests and enhancements that align with our strategic vision
    • Participate in product releases: testing, content revision, release notes, monitoring, and customer notifications
    • Recognize gaps in Support resources, and coordinate with the team to ensure they are filled
  • Qualifications

    • Aptitude for learning complex tools and explaining them to others
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency
    • Proven problem-solving and follow-through skills
    • High degree of general technology awareness
    • A college degree and 3+ years of support or business/technology experience
    • Experience with formal project management in any capacity is a major plus
